Despite a very cool day, 23 members enjoyed great company and food at the nursery.

APRIL 2026

Club Ringwood

Twenty five members enjoyed a great lunch out together at Club Ringwood, corner Maroondah Highway and Oban Road.  There is plenty of parking onsite and a ramp for easy access.

Meals were so varied – calamari, chicken sate, good old fish n chips, barramundi, pork scallopini, and of course pavlova which the indulgers thoroughly enjoyed, plus good old coffee.

On a beautiful, warm 30’c Sunday, 23 members joined together for a great selection of meals. All were very impressed with their meals and looking around, they all looked delicious. 

To be different with the photos this time, meals and not the members feature. Always popular, Fish and Chips with crunchy salad, Vietnamese Slaw Salad with added chicken or salmon, Lasagne, Cheeky Benedict, Buddah Bowl, Calamari Salad and the special steak and lots of chippies. FEBRUARY 2026

Thirty six members booked in for lunch but sadly only twenty eight arrived at The Old England – maybe it was the wet day.  An excellent venue although a little noisy but it was very busy throughout.  There were two long tables and another with ten members on a lower level, but all present wandered around and shared drinks chairs and great conversation.

I hope the tartan suited your family ties.

It was a little damp when we departed so I hope all members got home safe and dry.
