This page provides a Calendar of Events and Outings and explains the process of registering for Outings.
The Interest Group Leader / Outings Committee will advertise dates for their activities for the following month in the Newsletter and on the Website via the Monthly Calendar. The advertising will have an RSVP date and the name of the Interest Group Leader to whom you respond.
Sign on sheets are also provided at the General Meetings for members to indicate their intention to attend an activity.
Members must email or SMS the Interest Group Leader before the RSVP date, so that attendees can be allowed for, particularly if bookings are required or there are limitations on numbers.
The Interest Group Leader will then contact you by phone or email to provide details of the time, meeting place, and venue.
If you are no longer able to attend, please let the Interest Group Leader know as there may be a wait list.
If you are unwell on the day please do not attend the activity and let the Interest Group Leader know as soon as practicable.
