Booking and Payment:
For bookings, club members please contact the Outings Coordinator
Please arrange to book and pay in advance by the required dates which generally coincide with club meeting dates.
Please put correct money/cheque in an envelope with your name(s) and the name of the excursion/tour written on the front.
- Some events may have limited numbers and places will be filled in order of booking.
- Members are welcome to bring their partners as guests if space is available, please book for them.
- There are minimum numbers for some excursions.
- Times of departures and costs may vary a little as some excursions are booked months in advance. We will let you know of any changes in advance should they occur.
Cancellations
Once you have confirmed your attendance a firm booking will be made with the venue, and we must insist that monies are paid by the date due to secure this booking at the price quoted, otherwise your name will be taken off the list. If you have paid and are unable to attend a refund will only be given if it is obtained from the venue (the club cannot be expected to carry this cost). We suggest that you make every endeavor to find someone to take your place.
