Here's a list of guest speakers lined up for the rest of this year:
18th May: Dr Brad Tucker, Astrophysicist and Cosmologist will tell us about Mt Stromlo Observatory 100 Years On
15th June: Linda Peek will speak about her book "Malta - A Childhood Under Seige", a story told by her mother
20th July: Members have the chance to individually talk about things that interest them as part of the "Getting To Know You" series
17th August: Tim Kilby, retired school teacher eill continur his engaging talk about teachinh in a one-room school
21st September: Val Dempsey, Senior Australian of the Year 2022 and Volunteer at St John's Ambulance will demonstrate the use of CPR with a resuscitation dummy
19th October: Lori Gould will speak on the Latham's snipe, travelling from Japan to Canberra
16th November: Anna Howe will talk about the Pepper trees in the old schoolyard
