$2.50 Outing to the Bella Vista Cafe at Manly 

 

 

 

Located at North Head Sanctuary, a short bus ride from Manly Wharf, the Bella Vista Cafe has beautiful views of the harbour.

Getting there: Meet us at Circular Quay in time for the ferry at 9.45am Wharf 3 Side A. The ferry arrives at Manly at 10.07am.

From Manly we will take the 161 bus from Stand C at East Esplanade at 10.12am. We should arrive at North Head Scenic Dr Stop opposite the cafe at around 10.26am.

Brunch: Order from the Breakfast menu and sit outside at the tables under the fig tree or pay for ready made toasted panini sandwiches, pastries, cakes and coffee from the counter inside.

Or bring your own morning tea and buy a coffee from the cafe. 

There are seats and a picnic table across the road. 

There are some short walks nearby to vantage points for beautiful views of the harbour and the cliffs to the north. Its time to appreciate the beautiful city we live in! Stay as long as you like.

Returning home: Take the 161 bus back to Manly Wharf from the stop where we got off. The 161 Bus runs approximately every half hour from the bus stop diagonally opposite the cafe. From Manly I plan to take the 144 Bus  to Crows Nest Metro from Belgrave Street Stand G, a 6 minute walk from where we get off the bus at East Esplanade.

 

Feel free to go back by ferry if you want to.
