Activities and Outings Registration
Upcoming activities and outings will be advertised at General Meetings, in the Club Newsletter, and on the Club Website via the Monthly Calendar. Only two months at a time will be shown.
For privacy and security reasons, meeting times and locations for outings are not published on the website, as it is publicly accessible. Where applicable, an RSVP closing date will also be provided.
Members are requested to ensure that any required payment is made before the RSVP closing date. This assists in confirming sufficient numbers for the activityor outing to proceed.
Following the RSVP closing date, participating members will receive an email from the Secretary with full details, including meeting times, locations and venue information.
Should you be unable to attend after registering, please notify the Activity or Outings Champion as soon as possible, as there may be a waiting list.
Members who are unwell on the day are asked not to attend and to advise the Champion at the earliest opportunity.
