IF NOT, please provide timely advise of your intention to attend by contacting the Activity Leader.

Our meeting is followed by an optional lunch at the Hotel from 12:30 p.m. – 1.15 p.m.
Please Note that our normal General Meetings are followed by an Optional Lunch at the Hotel for all Club Members and all Club Members are invited to stay for Lunch. A minimum of 60% of the Club Members attendance is required in order to fulfill our obligation to the Hotel, who do not charge our Club for the usage of these premises or for the provision of morning tea. Orders are to be advised on the Sheets provided and paid before 11.00 a.m..
