Todays meeting Tuesday 11th August, 2pm at St Heliers Presbyterian Church, St Heliers Bay Rd
Our speaker today is Jacqui Knight, also known as Madam Butterfly. Jacqui is a founding member and trustee of the Moths and Butterflies of NZ Trust. There appear to be fewer monarch butterflies so we will find Jacqui’s talk interesting.

Probus South Pacific Web site has a new members section. This is one of the resources PSPL provides for us. All members can access this site. If you are interested in finding out more about how PSPL supports us the details of how to access this site are on the back table.
Up coming events
Secret Museum Tour 10 am Tuesday 22nd September has been booked for those who have paid.
September meeting Tuesday 8th If you wish please bring some non perishable food item for the churches donations to the local food bank. This is a way we can be a caring part of our local community.
Tuesday October 20th Crystal Mountain visit. Robyn has pencilled in a booking for us to visit this attraction in Swanson. She will give us more information at todays meeting, and please sign the trip book if interested. This will be a car sharing trip.
Tuesday 8th December, 12 noon Our Christmas lunch at The Terraces St Andrews.
Please pencil this in your diary. (This is our usual monthly meeting day.) More information will be available later.
Community Events There are often Local events that may interest our members. These notices are on the back table, together with books to share.
Musical offerings here at The St Heliers Presbyterian Church. $30 pp. Chamber music and community connection supported by The Orakei Local Board.
Request for participants in a PHD study entitled “When to stop driving. An exploration into cessation decision making among people with cognitive impairment.” This involves a 15 to 20 minute online survey.
