Welcome to Probus Club of Glenwood–Stanhope Inc.
Probus Glenwood–Stanhope is a friendly social club for retirees and semi-retirees who enjoy getting out, meeting people, trying new things and having a good laugh along the way.
Our Club is all about friendship, fellowship and fun. We offer a wide variety of activities and outings throughout the year, giving members plenty of opportunities to stay active, explore new interests and enjoy the company of others.
What We Do
Our Club offers a wide variety of activities and outings throughout the year. These include day bus trips, overnight getaways, lunches and brunches, coffee gatherings, walks, BBQs, glamping, games, garden visits, movies and other social activities.
Our bus trips are a particular favourite, giving members the opportunity to visit interesting places while enjoying the company, conversation and laughs along the way.
There are also plenty of opportunities to simply catch up with friends, try something different or enjoy a relaxed social outing. With such a variety of activities, there is usually something for everyone.
Our Club
Probus Glenwood–Stanhope was formed on 16 November 2015.
We hold our monthly meeting on the third Monday of each month, with doors opening at 9:30 am for a 10:00 am start. Meetings normally finish around midday, and members often get together for lunch nearby afterwards.
