a. Max Duley

Max Duley has been an active member of the Dapto community all his life,
and was a Foundation Member of Dapto Combined Probus Club in 1998.
As a volunteer, he used his bus licence to run day trips as well as some
5 day longer tours for our Club. Not only did he drive the bus for those tours
but he also researched and booked the itinerary and accommodation.
For many years he trained a "members' choir" to perform at our Christmas
Lunches and has always been active in club events such as bocce,
morning teas and lunches.
Max was presented with Life Membership at our tenth Birthday Lunch
on 24 April 2008 by the unanimous vote of members.

b. John Robertson

We would like to nominate John Robertson to be a life member
of the Combined Probus Ctub of Dapto Inc.
His health is declining and he is unable to come to many meetings.
John has been a valued member since 1 December 2005,
during this time he was Treasurer in 2012-2016,
and drove the extra bus for trips and outings. 
He was always there to help at functions and set up bocce at Don's Farm.
He was one of many who participated in our Christmas skits.
We recommend John Robertson be awarded Life Membership of the
Combined Probus Club of Dapto Inc.
Accepted by a unanimous vote of members on 26 March 2026.
