Outings

On the first Thursday of each month the Club organises an outing for its members.

These outings are single day activities and include lunches, visits to places of interest , and guided tours.

Recent outings have included:

• Light Rail Excursion

• Qantas Airport Muse

• Visit to Woy Woy Fish Restaurant

   

2026 

September 3:  Lunch at Glenmore Hotel at 96 Cumberland St. the Rocks.

Includes a talk on the history of the pubs in the Rocks.

Meet at the top of the long escalator at Wynyard leading on to York Street at 11.30am. 

 

October 1: Bush Tucker Tour at Botanical Gardens . 

Cost $27 for the 1 hour tour . Meet at the Garden Centre at11am.

 

November 5: Lunch at the Stonebowl restaurant at Chatswood Interchange . 

Meet at the Chatswood railway station turnstiles at 11.45am.

 

December 3: Christmas lunch at the View Hotel North Sydney.
