Outing for June 2026:
Friday 5 June, 10am, Visit to Willoughby District Historical Society & Museum 58 Johnson Street Chatswood: Meet at the Museum at 10am for the tour which will include interesting local historic items and stories. Morning tea/coffee will be served after the tour. It’s a short walk from Chatswood Station and Westfield car park, or there is 2 hour parking on surrounding streets. Cost $10 pp. Please advise and pay Helen Cook as soon as possible, 0419 274 741 so we can book numbers.
Outing for July 2026:
Friday 3 July 2026 Lunch at the Willoughby Club Cnr Penshurst Street/Crabbes Avenue, Willoughby Table booked for 12 noon Parking at Club or on street Bus Routes 120 and 115 from Chatswood Station (Stand B), stops at door in Penshurst Street. Please advise Helen Cook (0419 274 741) if you are attending.

Call it what you will, it is planned that we will go to the Piemonte Restaurant in
Terrey Hills for a Christmas style meal with roast turkey or pork followed by Christmas pud. Included in the cost of $30 is a glass of wine, mulled or chilled, whichever you prefer.
The venue is quite close to public transport OR it may be possible to organise transport by car with friends.
The proposed date is Thursday 21 JULY. This is a significant date for several reasons. There will a prize for the first participant who submits a correct entry in the competition We have not yet made a booking but it is anticipated we would be there about 12.30 p.m. and back to Chatswood around 4 p.m.
