GAMES GROUP
This is an extremely popular activity with club members sometimes with up to 30 participants at a sitting. With gatherings twice a week on Monday and Friday afternoons the most popular games are Five Crowns, Jonola, Pony and Canasta. However, Mahjong classes started at the beginning of the year, with Rummikub lessons the newest edition to the Games regime.

COFFEE AND CHAT
Members get together for a coffee and a chat at different cafes around the Redlands on the second Tuesday of each month. It is an opportunity to make deeper friendships in a relaxed, informal atmosphere - and some of the conversations could curl your eyebrows! These mornings prove to our disapproving middle aged children that we can still have great fun and share stories.

MOVIE GROUP
These film buffs meet every third Tuesday of the month to watch the latest releases at a local cinema complex. Actually, it doesn't matter whether or not they are film critics though their conversation over lunch afterwards is often lively and full of laughter.

GARDEN GROUP
This group meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month, mostly at a coffee shop with an outdoor area so that they can work on projects. Throughout the year they invite Guest Speakers and hold Workshops, such as flower arranging and making Japanese Gardens. They've also been known to visit local nurseries and swap plant cuttings on a regular basis.

CRAFT GROUP                                                                                                                                                        These members are amazing in that together they churn out so many different items for the less fortunate, such as beanies and scarves for the homeless, fidgit blankets for dementia patients, and tee shirts for Ronald McDonald House. Although Probus is not a fundraising platform, much of the material and yarn used to create these items is donated by club members. They meet on the 3rd Friday of every month and welcome new members.

WALKING GROUP
This group has amalagamated with walkers from nearby Victoria Point Probus  and we walk every Tuesday morning for an hour around different parts of the Redlands. It's not until you walk various laneways that you really appreciate the beauty of our Redlands. Coffee is mandatory after our walks, and we also enjoy the occasional bbq breakfast in a park. Home before 9 am so the day is not ruined.
